Wishes 4 Wellness is a company focusing on medical management for disabled and older adults. With experience in rehabilitation, care management and therapeutic recreation, my focus is the whole person. It is important for the client to be healthy in their mind, body and spirit. The care plan will focus on all aspects of their lives to keep them as independent as possible.

Wishes 4 Wellness founder Laura Freed, RN, CCM, CTRS has worked as a Geriatric Care Manager for 13 years in both private and non for profit healthcare settings. She has over 25 years of experience as a registered nurse and over 10 years of rehabilitation experience in both acute and sub-acute rehabilitation facilities as well as long term care. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree (BS) from the University of Missouri in Therapeutic Recreation and an Associates of Applied Sciences (AAS) in Nursing from Ocean County College in New Jersey. Laura is an Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of FL, Certified Case Manager (CCM) and a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS).
