Make Your Home - At Aventura Bay Place, where you can enjoy an independent lifestyle, with support when you need it. Furnish your room your way, with personal furniture and décor. Each spacious, private suite features a bath and kitchenette, where you can set up all the comforts of home.

Our Wellness Staff - Provides healthcare on demand, with professional nursing care, medical technicians, and aides to help with activities of daily living.

We Create - A personalized care plan to ensure that all medical needs are met, and we follow up with chart reviews and regular checkups. We carefully monitor our patient's wellbeing and adapt their care as needed.

You're Welcome - To have your doctor come to our facility, or you can visit your own doctor as you wish. Aventura's collaboration with LINK Therapy brings therapy services right to your door, with speech, occupational and physical therapy available on site.

Our Creating Smiles Program - Puts a concerted effort in making sure our residents, staff and family members are satisfied.
