Our vibrant community in Seminole, FL, is set on 15 acres within a certified wildlife habitat. It’s designed like a quaint town square with paved brick streets and welcoming gazebos. The campus features a private lake, two ponds, walking trails, gardens, courtyards and bridges. We’re a short drive from Lake Seminole and beautiful Gulf Coast beaches on both Florida coasts. Freedom Square features over 309 independent living residences ranging from studio to one- and two-bedroom apartment residences. We also offer 148 assisted living residences; a 236-bed skilled nursing facility, including 19 private rehabilitation suites; and 25 memory care suites.
